No account needed. You can book an appointment with just your name and contact info — no sign-up, no password, no hassle.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes — walk-ins are always welcome. If you're coming on a busy day (Fridays and Saturdays tend to fill up), booking ahead is the smarter move. You can also call us at 416 457 9703 to check availability.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

We ask that you try to arrive around 10–15 minutes before your appointment start time. It helps things run smoothly for everyone.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel through the confirmation you receive when booking. Please do it at least a few hours in advance when possible so we can open the slot for someone else.

Do you cut kids' hair?

Absolutely — our Kids Haircut is 30 minutes and we're used to working with younger clients. Patient, quick, and they usually end up having a good time.
